The problem

Why your calendar isn't full of sales calls

You live on referrals

Referrals are great until they slow down. When they do, revenue drops with them and there's nothing to turn up.

You've been burned by an agency

You paid $5k–$10k a month, signed a long contract, and got reports instead of meetings.

Your team is stretched thin

Outbound is a full-time job. Inbox setup, list building, copy and follow-up don't get done between everything else.

Your emails land in spam

One bad domain setup or a generic template and your messages never reach the inbox, no matter how good the offer is.

How it works

How we put meetings on your calendar

Five steps, all handled by us. You approve the targeting and the messaging before anything sends.

  1. Inbox & domain setup

We set up separate sending domains and inboxes, configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and warm them up so your main domain is never at risk.

  2. Prospect sourcing

We build lists of decision-makers that match your ideal customer, then verify every email address before it's used.

  3. Personalized messaging

Short, specific emails written for each segment. No templates blasted at thousands of people.

  4. Reply handling & booking

We answer every reply fast, handle objections, and book interested prospects straight onto your calendar.

  5. Ongoing optimization

We test subject lines, offers and segments every week and move volume to whatever books the most meetings.

Step 04

Most outbound campaigns lose meetings after the prospect replies. Slow or clumsy responses kill interest, so we treat reply handling as the most important step.

A note from the founder

Why I started Shut Down Leads

Most lead gen agencies get paid whether or not you get results. You sign a contract, pay a big retainer, and hope something happens.

I built Shut Down Leads the other way around. We only make money when a qualified prospect actually sits down with you. If we don't deliver, we don't get paid. That keeps us focused on the only number that matters to you.

When you book a call, you're talking to me. I'll tell you straight whether cold email will work for your business, and if it won't, I'll say so.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What counts as a qualified meeting?
A decision-maker who fits the criteria we agree on during onboarding (title, company size, industry) and who shows up to the call. We define this in writing before launch so there's no debate later.
What if the prospect doesn't show up?
You don't pay. We'll try to reschedule them, and you only pay once the meeting actually happens.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Everything is month to month and you can cancel at any time.
Will you send from my company's domain?
No. We set up separate domains that look like yours, so your main domain's reputation is never put at risk.
Is my business a good fit?
We work best with B2B companies doing $1M+ a year with an offer that's already selling. If you sell to businesses and close deals on a call, there's a good chance it works. We'll tell you on the first call if it won't.
How fast will I see meetings?
Setup and warm-up take about 2–3 weeks. Most campaigns start getting replies within the first weeks after launch.
What should I prepare for the first call?
Know who your best customers are, your average deal size, and what makes your offer different. That's enough for us to tell you whether this will work.
